Exhibitor and Company Space
Located right at the Start/Finish line in front of Doral City Hall, the exhibitor and company space area will be setup in individuals 10×10 tents and will be part of every participant path to get into start line and when finishing the race. It’s also a great place for family and friends to hang out during the run – from local companies to health & fitness experts, lots of useful information as well as free samples are sure to keep you entertained. It will also serve as a meeting point for Company Teams, which upon registering have the option to get their own Company Tent at the finish line.
If your company has at least one team registered in the event, you may sign up for your own Company Tent at the event. It’s the perfect place for your team members to gather before and after the race – with food and refreshments available upon request, it will be just like happy hour time!
Company Space – Reserved for Companies with at least one team running in the event
Each Company space includes a 10×10 tent, one 6ft table and 2 chairs. The price to reserve each space is $200.
Exhibitor Space
Each exhibitor space includes a 10×10 tent, one 6ft table and 2 chairs. The price to reserve each space is $350. Note that if you have at least one team from your company running in the event, you qualify for a Company Space.
